Phase 1:Project Initiation
Initial Consultation with Yumi: From $780* + GST ~ (dependent on location)
Every design project begins with a crucial first step: the Consultation. In this comprehensive meeting, Yumi will address your key questions, outline an initial scope of work by consolidating your wishes and must-do lists, discuss your budget expectations, and set the stage for your design project with precision.
It includes an on-site meeting (up to 2 hours) with Yumi, a consultation summary report (scope of work), and an interior design agreement. Once you review and agree to these documents, we can proceed to the next step. Please schedule an initial phone consultation now!
Phase 2: Design & Presentation
After you approve the scope of work and finalize the agreement, we will prepare a design package that includes mill work details, wall treatments, physical samples of materials and fabrics, and an estimate based on the project scope.
Phase 3: Project Management
Now that the major design decisions are finalized, you can sit back and relax. Our team will handle all the orders, delivery, and installation while coordinating with contractors and trades to ensure everything aligns with our designs. Rest assured, we will keep you informed with regular updates throughout the process!
